Description

This is the dream piece of every drummer. The drummer in the spotlight, immediately rocking the house: “Skip The Intro”. Most composers only come up with the drum parts in the final stage of composing, but this piece was made the other way around. This pop/rock tune starts with a drums solo, after which the band accompanies the soloist. Then band and soloist interchange in an interesting ‘question’/’answer’ game. The entire drum part is completely notated, but of course more accomplished drummers can interpret the part themselves and are free to improvise.
