This composition consists of 2 separate parts : the first part (“North”) is lyrical and romantic that features the beautiful sound of the instrument. The second part (“South”) has more modern characteristics and quickly progresses to a jazzy style with an incredible accompaniment from the band. The marimba solo artist will shine in this composition that will be enjoyed by the band and audience.
